Pre-Event Planning

Thoughtful, Personal Service. We care about you and your event and are excited to help make it fun and memorable.  We will do one or more one-on-one consultations (over the phone or in person) to get to know you and learn about your event plans, equipment needs, and music preferences.  We are all about the little details that will make your event the best it can be and it shows in our service. 

Help Organizing and Planning Activities. We can offer ideas for activities, games, dedications, etc. that will be fun & special for your guests.  We can also help with all stages of planning your special occasion. 

Music Editing. We can edit music or shorten/lengthen songs for a special activity, dance, or wedding processional.

Dance Instruction. Adam and Kristin offer dance instruction in Ballroom, Latin, Country, and Swing.  This may be in preparation for your wedding reception or to teach dance at your event. Click here for more information.

At Your Event

Prompt and Professional Service. We will arrive at your event promptly with time to set up and be ready to begin entertaining your guests before they even arrive.

Flexibility. We are flexible throughout your event to take care of any special requests, changes, or needs that may arise.

Great Music. Playing your kind of music is important to us.  Our music library consists of over 18,000 songs and is growing every week.  We have the ability to play music from any generation or time period.  Let us know what you like and that’s what we will play.  If you have your own CD or Ipod with some special music, we can plug it right in to our equipment to play at your event. Ability to Read the Crowd. Having the ability to read the crowd is what we do best.  Our goal is to provide the kind of atmosphere that you desire and that is appropriate for your event.

Music Appropriateness. We are sensitive to the need to provide music which is language and content appropriate, especially for today’s youth.  We are committed to offer music which is edited for all youth groups and every event that we DJ. 

State of the Art Lighting and Sound Equipment. Our sound and lighting equipment is professional grade and top of the line.  We have a variety of lighting and sound options to make your event enjoyable.

A Master of Ceremonies. At your request, we will take care of any games, announcements, activities, or dedications you have planned for your event.  We know how to get the crowd’s attention and make announcements in a personable and professional way.  This allows you to relax and enjoy the time with your guests, friends, and family.
